However, China's rapid economic growth shakes the world. This time, for a miracle with a proud history and experience in Taiwan, another 200 million people of Taiwan in the past conferred by virtue of the value has been stridden forward China bravely. The Chinese market is the longing for the immediate vision, and also to make up for what happened in Taiwan This research explores nine workers in China to promote the dreams through semi-structured interviews, having their own opportunities and challenges in China through verbal expressions, stirring a mixed history of heart effort of feelings. The purpose of this study is to investigate experience and perspective of Taiwanese employees in hospitality industry who live in China to explore the image and the workplace suffered. Taiwanese employees in hospitality industry who nurtured the true meaning of the dream to meet expectations. The dreams hidden behind the pioneering deeper meanings do not stop the advance of personal hope, but reflect the changing of social structure. Through views and sharing the wisdom of those who have experiences, that provide deeper thinking and angles to those who want to work in China. The results are as follows: (1) Individual pursuit of dreams (2) The dreamers are worried about going to China because of domestic situation and encounter in Taiwan. (3) The dreamers assert that domestic political factor is the biggest obstacle which hinders the development in Taiwan. (4) The experiences are diverse and unpredictable after working in China. (5) Taiwanese businessmen are pulling out of China, but they must return to their own country in the future, which is also full of unpredictability.
