Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 101 === Following the trend of eco-conscious and many member of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has also been gripped by turmoil, people are much more concerning to environmental protection than before. In addition, the Japan’s 311 Earthquake rise to the fears of nuclear meltdown which lead people are aware of the impact of nuclear and begin to antinuclear strongly. After that, people start to seek for the clear energy and pay attention to the issue of electric vehicle once again. However, the way to endurance the sustainability of EV cars is to enhance the efficiency of the instrument which is high efficient motor, the controller and battery. The article is focus on the different stage from planning and designing to testing of the best high efficiency motor. We are looking for the best high-efficiency motor use in electric car. The traditional motor use of aluminum casting alloy but it cause copper loss, as using Iron Nickel-Cobalt Magnets of Permanent-Magnet Brushless DC Motor and limit to "Dilute Thorium Policy" can’t be rooted in Taiwan, As the article, electric vehicles produce by the copper rotor motor, same time we use finite element compare rotor slot pole ratio 36/28 and 36/40, by test of the road and dynamic test platform to validate the design results.
