碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 101 === This study aims at discussing the plan and design of on-shore power supply of Kaohsiung harbor, and analyzing the issues regarding the accomplished ports in the harbor which are about to operate. The total electricity load of target ports is reviewed for analyzing the methods of power supply to address the problems of insufficiency of grid power supply and voltage drop. References regarding methods of on-shore power supply system from other counties are also provided as improvement suggestions. In terms of the electricity load of on-shore power supply, the load of ship is analyzed to discuss whether the available electricity load is sufficient. Manufacturing reports on electricity load of ships and records of on-site investigation are provided to manifest that the total provided electricity load of target parts is sufficient. More importantly, contract capacity is estimated under the condition that off-shore electricity system is applied. Recommended on-shore electricity price is also provided based on current operating data. The recommended price is calculated in the consideration of total cost, installment plan of engineering economy, and the actual on-shore electricity prices of well-known harbors in the world. It is hoped that this study may be a helpful reference for the future operating of the on-shore power supply of Kaohsiung harbor.
