The sea level rise, heat wave, drought and heavy rain etc. affect the living environment of human beings significantly. The topics related to climate changes have been increasingly discussed. However, the books or e-learning websites for domestic students to learn related issues are very few. All schools are anxious to change the situation. This study explored the information of climate changes needed by domestic students. Data from related foreign materials were obtained for reference. Furthermore, the knowledge regarding climate changes should be possessed by domestic students is identified. Combining with the current energy saving and carbon reduction education which is actively promoted domestically, multimedia technology was utilized to design the teaching materials of climate changes. Lively and innovative teaching activity materials were used to awaken the student’s alertness to climate changes and enhance their interest in learning and explore related issues further. This study also established e-learning platform for students to learn online conveniently.
