The events of nursing cases’ body and mind health are very important issues for controlling the limited human resources and managing the social welfare organization shelter cases. A lot of cases can’t completely express their own physical status situation, which resulted in medical treatment delay. We provide Arduino chip module expandability function to link the smart handheld device. The light and small size characteristics of Arduino chip module embedded and combined with heart rate (HR) sensor element by integrating wireless environment of Bluetooth transmission. The caring and nursing staffs can real-time monitor the object cases for preventing their daily life bio-inforamtion. It can also help caring staff to find out the health situation of disabled students.The case study of medical rehabilitation can offer the related data to diagnose and adjust the case health exact situation for doctors.
