Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系博碩士班 === 101 === The Hydroxy-Capped Aniline Pentamer (AN5) was preliminarily synthesized from 4-(phenylamino)phenol (PAP) and p-phenylenediamine (PDA) by oxidative coupling polymerization. Electroactive polyurethane (PUAN5) was synthesized from AN5 with 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) via functional group polymerization. Subsequently, the two different types of PUAN5 were prepared by doped with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA). A series of nanofibers were fabricated that using different PUAN5 precursors blend with Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) by electrospinning .The structures of AN5 and PUAN5 were identified by MOLDI/TOF-MS and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The molecular weight of PUAN5 was analysized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The PUAN5 nanofibers were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the results showed that average diameter of PUAN5/DBSA nanofiber was about 200-300 nm. Moreover, sheet resistivity of PUAN5 nanofibers were measured by four-probe apparatus and the PUAN5/DBSA nanofiber showed the lowest sheet resistivity. In addition, electrochemical activity of electroactive PUAN5 nanofibers were studied by a cyclic voltammetry, and the results showed that C-V curves displaied two redox peaks.
