For the sake of this attempt, the court of justice, except the continual enhancement of soft- and hard-ware facilities, also carries out professional training and functional education, as well as the relevant accompanying measures in promotion. Its purpose is to raise judicial institutes’ administrative efficiency. Although the literature reveals organizations or institutes’ management styles in employee satisfaction and performance influence play a very important role, the research subjects lean more towards enterprises, general governments, or schools but less towards judicial courts perspective, which are worthy of further study. Therefore, this study aims to explore how the court’s employees’ management way influences employees’ job satisfaction. And the subject researched is Taiwan Kaohsiung district court’s employees. Via the way of Internet questionnaires, the 250 returned copies of questionnaire respondents from Kaohsiung district court employees are collected. Because the sample is the whole Taiwan Kaohsiung district court’s employees, we thus analyze the difference in management style and job satisfaction in terms of employees in different units, and with distinct demographic background. The current study reveals that, in terms of Taiwan Kaohsiung district court’s employees, the management style is prone to “unifying management approach”. In the perspective of job satisfaction, they emphasize “respect and self-achievement”, where the respondents have positive job satisfaction, and the management style can predict the degree of job satisfaction. However, the respondents with distinct demographic background have different feeling of the degree of job satisfaction. Accordingly, the results from this study can provide Taiwan Kaohsiung district court and other courts’ relevant units with references. It is hoped to enhance the level of job satisfaction of Taiwan courts’ and the related unit employees, and in turn can increase work efficiency. Lai-Wang Wang 王來旺 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW |
