The study based on the definitions of social intelligence, which was made by previous scholar, to examine team performance. The study explores cooperation between social intelligence and team performance, the study adopted the self-translated paired questionnaire.
The subject of research sent the 126 sector’s supervisor in Taiwanese southern area, the ratio of response is 77%. First, the result of study showed leader’s social informational process has positive effects on team performance. Secondly, leader’s social skill and social awareness doesn’t has effects on team performance and cooperation doesn’t has effects on team performance. Lastly, leader’s social informational process has positive effects on team performance. However, the result of study show social skill and social awareness have no effects on team performance, and then leader’s social informational process, social skill and social awareness doesn’t have effects on cooperation.
