Based on the questionnaires collected form managers and employees, this study obtained 254 valid dyadic samples from variety of industries, and the response rate was 71.55%. This study found that: 1. Team-member exchange (TMX) was positively related to job performance. 2. Challenge stressor moderator the relationship between team-member exchange (TMX) and job performance behavior. 3. Achievement motivation moderator the relationship between team-member exchange (TMX) and job performance behavior was not established.
