Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 104 === This study aimed to discuss the relationships among team-member exchange (TMX), job performance, challenge stressor, and achievement motivation, and examined the effect of challenge stressor and achievement motivation. Based on the questionnaires collected form managers and employees, this study obtained 254 valid dyadic samples from variety of industries, and the response rate was 71.55%. This study found that:
1. Team-member exchange (TMX) was positively related to job performance.
2. Challenge stressor moderator the relationship between team-member exchange (TMX) and job performance behavior.
3. Achievement motivation moderator the relationship between team-member exchange (TMX) and job performance behavior was not established.
The article concluded with implications for future research and practical application.
