When each member fulfills their job responsibilities with this common goal in mind, it creates a positive influence on the organizational work environment. This report explores how gender affects the relationship between Person-Job fit (P-J fit), Team Cohesion (TC) and Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB). Data used in this study were collected by dyadic method. The results show that 1. P-J fit has a positive influence on OCB ; 2. TMC has a positive influence on OCB; 3. The influence P-J fit has on OCB is much more significant in males compared to females.
