If we can stress and specify the advantages of vegetarian, this will encourage more people to join. As a matter of fact, the key point to invite more people to adopt vegetarian is the appetite, through innovation, to optimize the food delicacy, to improve the taste and presentation will definitely provide irresistible attraction to those who were against it. By exploring the environmentally friendly vegetarian culture, we look forward to this positive discussion will lead to more understanding of the benefit from vegetarian, which will furthermore turn the stereotype against it, and eventually have it become mainstream diet. To change from carnivore to vegetarian will not only improve mankind’s health, but also comply with human being’s effort and attention toward the ecology and environment, to avoid any harm to motherland, to stay ahead of food shortage, to allow Earth to breathe freely and to let all beings live as naturally as it should forever. It is a substantial subject to promote Taiwan’s vegetarian culture; it shall be done by means of innovation and creation. The article hereby will point out further research of Taiwan’s vegetarian culture related with religious groups, meanwhile, will analyze and put together all these efforts of vegetarian culture promotion and innovation made by Taiwan’s religious groups.
