This study is to develop a smart device as personal health care management tools, the use of a handheld device for automatic recording of each measurement data, to achieve the purpose of caring actions. To present the highest market share of the Android operating system handheld devices, the development of the study health care system, with a homemade Bluetooth transmission capacity of physiological measurement equipment, to help these patients, the system is divided into physiological detection part detects ECG BMI testing two kinds, including ECG detection algorithm with the system calculates the heart rate variability analysis for the parameters to give health care in the diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia as a reference, and access MITBIH the database information, verify its correctness algorithms.
