Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 101 === In this study, the reaction sintering process was used in preparing La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-YSZ (LSCM-YSZ) and La0.7Ca0.3CrO3-GDC (LCC-GDC) symmetric electrodes for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). Without any calcinations involved, the mixture of raw powders was pressed and sintered directly. LSCM-YSZ could be obtained after sintering at 1300 oC and 1350 oC for 2-8 h. Maximum density 4.83g/cm3 and maximum shrinkage 16.28% were obtained for LSCM-YSZ ceramics after 1350 oC /8h simterring. Maximum density 4.07g/cm3 and maximum shrinkage 12.81% were obtained for LCC-GDC ceramics after 1100 oC /8h sintering.
