| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 101 === Stick crutches are crutches with retractable seat functions for rest. Basically,
walking function of stick crutches are the same as general crutches. Apparently, the
general crutches are easily to be operated and light weight. But for the purpose of rest
need, the study investigate the stick crutch design. The study creatively improves and
designs new crutches with seat functions. First, the study analysis the design concepts
and methods of existed stick crutches. Then, proposed the corresponding design criteria
and new stick crutch design ideas. Furthermore, applied Solid Works software to draw
and perform the new stick crutch concept. The study also applied NEI Nastran In CAD
software to analysis and improve the strength of new stick crutch for safely using.
Finally, two prototypes and patants of new stick crutch are established and applied.
