Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 104 === Academic performance is one of the important indicators of learning outcomes. However, some scholars believe that learning outcomes affected are not only in intelligence aspect. In business, the assessment of individual's ability gradually disregards for academic achievement. Merely, using a judgment of academic performance to learning outcome will be a challenged issue. The aim of this study is expected to understand which index is suitable for use as the basis of other assessment of learning outcomes. First, this study verified the validity of the factor analysis model of the research hypotheses. Next, it analyzed the relevance of the learning motivation, the learning satisfaction, and the learning outcomes. Finally, an inducted suggestions were used to as references for education research of learning outcomes. In this study, all participants who accept a survey of the questionnaire measured come from the Department of Information Management, Kun Shan University. With structural equation model, we conduct and test reliability and validity of measurement in confirmatory factor analysis. It was found that learning satisfaction as a key influence on the motivation of learning effectiveness factors indirectly. Learning outcomes also have the indirect effects of either learning motivation or learning satisfaction.
