Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 101 === In this paper one illumination module of parallel light is designed by using a reflection cone and hyperboloid, and so on. Light from LED sources can be transmitted parallel to the optical axis by this module, thus the lighting distance can be extended. Compared to previous TIR lens or other similar modules, this module collimates the light without the use of the lens, thus has the advantages of simple production and low cost. The main part of this module contains one LED, one reflective cone and several parabolic reflectors which are divided into inner and outer part. LED light is also divided into two parts: 0 ° ~ 15° and 15 ° to 35 °. Among these, light of 0 ° to 15 ° is collimated by the reflection of the reflection cone and parabolic reflector, light of 15 ° to 35° is collimated via the hyperbolic reflector and the parabolic reflector. Finally, the sizes of the proposed module and the previously proposed lighting module without the use of lens are compared, and the illuminance maps are obtained by the use of computer software simulation.
