Hospital management should grasp the core business, and the remaining non-core businesses or the surrounding ancillary business can use contract management concept. It can be handed over to contractor management or use of manpower dispatch system to solve the problem of human resources and labor costs. The hospital quality management center's human resources and knowledge training outsourcing, can reduce costs and thus enhance the quality, which is the hospital management future strategy explore.
Through the relevant literature, and with the hospital director, outsourcing vendors supervisor, management scholars depth interviews to explore the hospital quality management outsourcing strategies and the business can be outsourced content, such as human resources, education and training, project activities, as well as outsourcing taken for the advantages and disadvantages discussed.
The results showed that: 1. Hospital decision-makers or the execution unit heads, have agreed some business content belongs hospital's core business; considered part of the department suitable outsourcing. 2. What are the business content needs to outsourcing, the division of responsibilities and evaluation of the effectiveness are the factors to consider. 3. In education training, quality improvement activities and special project activities, needs to outsourcing, it will thus enhance the quality.
