The current highly competitive of manufacturing, how to reduce costs, promoting capacity and maintained stable quality are industry would like to achieve the goals. The study analyzed production efficiency base on new design game machine integration of production line. The study want to find out the bottle neck of production line from the improving engineering and reassign job to promote overall production line efficiency. Also reduce labor hour and facility unused time of each work stations.
However, the production efficiency is divided into: the production line balancing rate, production reached a rate of delivery, on time equipment utilization rate, inventory, and turnover rate of self-product, quality and production pass / fail ratio, and productivity six items.
We measured and record the working time of the each station and we also using the excel to analyze the labor hours. Because of the data, we can find out the bottleneck stations of production line and re-assign the station and process improvement. After that, we will measure the labor hours of each station.
After improving the production line, the workstations will be reduced 1 station and the output rate increases 56 units, that from 50 units per day increase to 106 units. Production line balancing increases 14.78% and idle rate reduces 14.78%. From the result, we can improve the partial processing and the summary of overall is efficiency.
