In this study, the use of drugs reported amounts of NHI drug price changes of data collection yearly, the main cause of the increase drugs expenditure, that cause health care spending has increased aging of the population, a new drug payment, and significant increase in the number of injuries, are the main cause of high drug costs.
According to this study made the following recommendations: NHI drug price survey should be regularly drug spreads to narrow, the implementation of drugs expenditure targeting and drug copayment policy. let NHI sustainable for all people to seek medical treatment can not affect.
