Research and development organizations must improve the structure of the high quality of the new product development process, reached close cooperation, collaborative development. On the other hand, improvement, innovation and learning are all basis to ensure the continued success of NPD processes to development. The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship of the NPD process with ISO9004:2009 of the standard "Managing organization's continued success - a quality management approach”. To explore how to use the ISO9004 standard to NPD processes continue to improve enterprise management system. This study, we identify a three dimensions and 12 criteria for the new product development process quality evaluation index system. And application of hybrid multi-criteria decision making methods (Hybrid MCDM) establish evaluation system structure model of the new product development process. Finally, the case study is examined to verify the new product development process performance, and to propose improvement activities based on the guide of ISO9004. The results showed that the case study of poor corporate performance values for the C10 design concept review, it should be the main sources of influence from C9 synchronous design concepts to improve on, in order to be truly effective in enhancing business performance.
