This should be an important and urgent topic. The study of this research project is to the Kinmen area of Ming Heritage Street, take 3D laser scanning and 3D modeling technique, the Ming survivors blocks build accurate to 3D digital model,and re-integration of the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS fire dynamic simulation) fire dynamic simulation software with the calendar year climate record all year of Ming Heritage Street. Therefore,when relevant departments can use this model as the historical streets of historic area simulation experiments to obtain the relevant data to provide fire service specification, on-site fire planning and fire protection measures laid an important reference, so will effectively reduce the cultural assets have been to risk destruction. The results revealed that take FDS fire dynamic simulation,re-integration 3D laser scanning and 3D modeling technique can improve the model’s accuracy and reliable simulation data.In open space , the FDS fire dynamic simulation integration of open space mesh parameters and the setting of true meteorological results match the actual fire burning pattern.The analyses revealed the impact of winter monsoon will rapidly spread westward south side streets,but in summer southwest monsoon blowing the fire will spread northeastern streets.The most serious thing is the building of 5-10 meters downwind side.The fire point of origin 15M radiant heat is the strongest,but upwind spread situation is not obvious .
