The most commonly used methods for measuring drug concentrations include immunoassay (Radioimmunoassay, RIA; Fluorescence polarization immunoassay, FPIA), Enzyme-mulitpled immune technique, EMIT, High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC and Capillary electrophoresis, CE. The CE based on high separation efficiency and resolution, the low sample loss and the advantages of capillary sample stacking concentrated technology, so CE rapidly develops in recent years. The purpose of this work is directed to the development of simple and sensitive analytical methods for the narrow therapeutic range and high risk medicines in plasma. The main study included the determination of phenytoin in human plasma from patients with epilepsy by MEKC and analysis of epirubicin and doxorubicin by capillary electrophoresis with on column field-amplified sample injection and their applications.
