The preliminary results indicated that most of them were either inactive or only weakly active against the growth of MB231, H1299 cancer cells, and MRC5 normal cell.Among them, 8-fluoroindeno[1,2-b]indol-10(5H)-one O-3-(dimethylamino)propyl oxime (32d) was the most active compound.
