Methods: This study was a retrospective quasi-experimental study. Three study procedures were used: (1) The medical charts of these postoperative patients were reviewed. (2) The medical record of using Cataflam or Ultracet for postoperative pain management were collected. (3) The postoperative pain scores were recorded within one week after surgery. We recruited 107 carpal tunnel syndrome, 39 De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, and 249 trigger finger patients involved in the analysis. Results: We found that Cataflam reduced the postoperative pain scores of trigger finger ( p = 0.001 ), while not significantly improved the postoperative pain scores of De Quervain’s tenosynovitis and carpal tunnel syndrome ( p > 0.05 ). Conclusion: Cataflam may be a better treatment than Ultracet to improve postoperative pain in trigger finger patients. Gau-Tyan Lin Hung-Pin Tu 林高田 杜鴻賓 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW
