Energy management not only grasp a clear picture of carbon emissions , but also explore the space and opportunity for energy conservation It is often used as the basis for the reductions of energy consumption. The greenhouse gas inventory management operations, that is, to help industries understand the status of the greenhouse gas emissions, to consolidate and calculate of the greenhouse gas emissions, and to complete the inventories of energy management. In this article, an implementation plan of energy management inventory and reduction for a single compound-commercial building was taken as an example. According to the study results of the outcome from 2008 to 2011, it showed that 97% of its base year greenhouse gas emissions were the power purchased from outside. The energy conservation and greenhouse gas reduction management was based on the basis of this data and the four years of the the energy-saving implementation plan, The results reveals a good outcome as shown in the detail of this article. In the field of energy saving and carbon reduction. this case study bring the business sectors such as department stores and office buildings a good example to follow up.
