Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The main purpose of this study is using machine vision technology and designing a CCD camera with image capture unit to freeze the dropping reagent droplets of burettes in chemistry experiment. In the way of non-contact measurement, and through the optical system to capture the droplet image and to use the definition of image processing area, binarization and image edge tracking technology to measure image. Integration process through computer programs can measure the volume size of droplets.
The system includes a personal computer, industrial cameras, optical lens, light source module, trigger sensor and burette system, etc. When the burette droplets fall, the trigger signal would be sent out after induction of trigger sensor, it will start the camera and photograph shapes of the dropping droplets. Calculate the volume size of droplets and can be accumulated in the course of the experiment the total volume of the droplets after image measurement technology and operation process through computer programs. In this way, it can be precisely controlled titer in the experiment and can reduce the scale error of burettes by artificial interpretation and greatly improve the experimental accuracy.
In this thesis, the experimental device is a self-designed prototype. It used eight burettes respectively titrating and deionizing water. As known in the density of water, so it can verify the volume of the analysis by weight. The analysis result is that the minimum of error is 0.618% and the maximum of error is 2.27%. The development system can be used directly and practically in titrating chemistry experiment or practical application for chemistry and other related industries.
In this thesis, the development of laboratory equipment can accurately measure the amount of liquid titration. In the titration experiment, just use a small amount of fluid that is able to complete analysis. In this way, it can indeed reduce the usage amount of the titratable experimental medicament and reduce the amount of waste liquid generated. It is really do a bit of effort on environmental protection for fragile Earth.
