In recent years, the importance of good knowledge management strategies for improving work performance has been realized in academia and industries; it is believed that without the support and catalysis of knowledge management strategies, it would be impossible to elevate knowledge management performance and enhance knowledge management projects in corporate performance. Since knowledge management strategies are seen as important strategic resources, a key in knowledge management strategies has always been the importance of understanding how effective management of knowledge resources can enhance knowledge management performance. Evidence shows that providing different knowledge management strategies and implementing knowledge management projects which are adapted to the organizational and dynamic capabilities and can undoubtedly enhance the quality of knowledge, increase the amount of knowledge, as well as consolidate the value and practicality of knowledge. Similarly, no matter how many strategies are implemented for knowledge management activities, knowledge management performance and corporate performance will not be improved without effective knowledge management. Based on 161 survey samplings the result shows that knowledge management strategies have the significant influence on knowledge management performance and corporate performance; in particular the effect of knowledge management strategies on knowledge management performance has been affirmed.
