Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of total quality management (TQM) construct physical education learning effectiveness. This study tried to find out the variables which were gender, grade, exercise habits and exercise time, may cause differences in TQM and learning effectiveness The subjects were first to third-grade students of a junior high school in Kaohsiung. Self-prepared questionnaire〝Total Quality Management construct physical education learning effectiveness〞was as a research tool. This research sent 396 questionnaires and 396 questionnaires were effective. Then, processing data with SPSS statistical software, using descriptive statistics, Independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe comparison, Pearson correlation and multiple Regressions to analyze. According to the results data analysis, the study results were as follow: 1.TQM average score was between〝agree〞and〝strong agree〞. The scores from high to low TQM factor aspect were as follow:Prior prevention, Learning and Development, Customer satisfaction, Teamwork, Continuous improvement. 2. The performance of students in the physical education learning effectiveness was generally good. The scores from high low of learning effectiveness were as follow:Cognitive learning, Skill learning. 3. The students of different gender had significant differences in Customer satisfaction, Continuous improvement, and Learning and Development of TQM. And the scores of boys were higher than girl. 4. The students of different genders had significant differences in total factor aspects of TQM and physical education learning effectiveness. 5. The students of different exercise habits didn’t have significant differences in total factor aspects of TQM and physical education learning effectiveness. 6. TQM and physical education learning effectiveness had significant positive correlation, but only moderate and low correlation. 7. TQM have a positive impact on the effectiveness of cognitive learning, affective learning and skill learning of physical education.
