Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === This research adopted methods like case study of qualitative research, analysis of secondary data, literature review and in-depth interview to discuss the development of innovative management of the Chinese medicine tourism pharmaceutical factory in Taiwan and depicted reflections on innovative development. The research mainly studied the innovative management strategy of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical factory transformed into a tourism pharmaceutical factory and analyzed the case company-Pingdung Agricultural Biotechnology Park of Timing Pharmaceutical Group-from the perspective of innovative management. The research aims to figure out how case company manages the tourism pharmaceutical factory after transformation by market development strategy to support the view of innovative management based on the case of enterprise transformation, and analyze the effect of blue ocean strategy on enterprise management, providing references for other enterprises. By analyzing the data of enterprise visit and survey, the study understands the status quo of the management and operation of the tourism pharmaceutical factory, identifies the problems and works out solutions, sums up the characteristics of the case company and maps out the innovative strategy mode of tourism pharmaceutical factory in accordance with the implementation of blue ocean strategy. It is found that in order to make breakthroughs in the current management, enterprise leaders adopted the concept of innovative management and strategy of horizontal integration to invest in the construction of tourism pharmaceutical factory, intending to apply the cost leadership to reduce production costs through enterprise transformation strategy. In addition, the blue ocean strategy was also adopted to realize the value innovation and differentiation of enterprise management. Meanwhile, the combination of differentiation and cost reduction is conducive to lead the direction of enterprise management, promote the performance of the enterprise in the industry after its transformation with increased revenue, and reposition the enterprise in the market so as to achieve the objective of sustainable and long-term development.
