碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩博士班 === 101 === This research aims to study the labor migration situation in Vietnam focusing on migration to Taiwan. It included issues as understanding the situation in accordance with changing number of Vietnamese Labor in Taiwanese market using Stakeholder Theory, Agency Theory and Person-job Fit theory in order to classify the function and responsibility of major stakeholders involved into labor migration phenomenon. Classify the problems and difficulties of Vietnamese Labor Firms and provide theory and practical information for Vietnamese Labor Firms to create their own strategies to deal with their difficulties and challenges. This study adopted both qualitative and quantitative research design including such elements as case study, interviews and small sample of questionnaire distributed among Vietnam labor export companies. Interviews were conducted with managers/directors of Vietnam labor export companies. In this research it found that labor export business in Vietnam into different countries, particularly focusing on Taiwan is greatly developing. But there are still a lot of problems which come from the complicated and time demanding process of exporting labor for labor export companies. Other major difficulties for companies which work in this field also described in this research. Training is one of the most important problems that this study suggests that it need to be paid more attentions. Students, scholars and practical experience are able to use these research findings of the Labor Migration issues in Vietnam
