In this study we use scoring standard to subdivide evaluation criteria of military personnel performance. We calculate the person's work performance by using Data Envelope Analysis model, then we do questionnaire to seek common weights and calculate total score of personal performance. Then we choose the best person in the end.
In the analysis, we find the largest weight that affect the value of military personnel performance by using sensitivity analysis. If the value of sensitivity weight is larger then the affected degree of the value of military personnel performance will become larger. In this study, we use Data Envelope Analysis model and questionnaire to evaluate military personnel performance and the results are fair and objective.
