Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === With fast improvement of technology and information explosion, electronic and smart production became an essential thing now, but it makes the competition between companies are getting more and more serious, that’s why the production come out one after another, Steve Jobs leads Apple company product iPHONE 4, leads the fever of Apple, including their own other 3c production. And how come Apple makes the consumers set it as a priority around other brands, this paper takes Apple as an example, through business performance verifiability principle, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis to understand the positive , negative , opportunities and threats. And after it, use verifiability principle to compare with Apple’s business performance, owning percentage , profit….etc. The analysis will show Apple’s positive and negative, also the way how they run this company.
