Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === Health examination data to analyze the relationship between indicators of obesity and Hypertension , high blood sugar and high cholesterol, to understand the health check health status of the population, to provide effective health examination ethnic self health promotion recommendations, and thus to promote health education to where people. In this study, compiled from 2007 to 2011 health check information of 23,803 cases, screening data incomplete cases, 796 cases and the repetitive inspection data 9,376 cases in five years to retrieve five years in a recent inspection data statistical analysis; compare demographic characteristics, indicators of the health examination and obesity indicators and high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol, and inference predictors. The overall prevalence of three-high (Hypertension, high blood sugar and high cholesterol) were 9.52%, 1.53% and 10.14%, the prevalence of male were 11.21%, 1.67% and 11.98%, the prevalence of female 5.60%, 0.60% and 6.30%, respectively; hypertension, gender, age, height, weight, pulse, urine sugar, utilization of the health check, body mass index, waist circumference, and waist ratio showed a significant correlation, the only and ECG no significant related;hyperglycemia, gender, age, weight, pulse, urine sugar, body mass index, waist circumference, and waist ratio showed a significant correlation, the only tall, no significant correlation electrocardiogram, health testing, utilization and high blood sugar; high lipid gender, ageheight, weight, pulse, electrocardiogram, urine sugar, utilization of health check, body mass index, waist circumference and waist ratio showed a significant correlation. Strength of correlation between variables, body mass index, abnormalities and hypertension odds ratio is normal and hypertension by 1.132 times, abnormal and high blood sugar is normal and high blood sugar odds ratio by chi-square test1.018 times, abnormal and high cholesterol odds ratio is normal and high cholesterol by 1.153 times; In Waist terms, abnormal and hypertension odds than is normal and hypertension by 1.243 times, abnormal and hyperglycemia odds ratio is 1.037 times the normal and hyperglycemia, abnormal and high blood cholesterol by odds ratio is 1.239 times the normal and high cholesterol; waist ratio, abnormalities and hypertension odds ratio is normal and high blood pressure by 1.229 times, abnormal and high blood sugar odds ratio is normal and have 1.037 times hyperglycemia, abnormal and hyperlipidemia odds ratio is normal and high cholesterol by 1.231 times. Logistic regression adjusted for sex, age, height, weight, pulse, electrocardiogram, and urine in hypertension, the best predictor for the waist than its normal as abnormal 0.707; hyperglycemia, the best predictor for the waist than the normal abnormal 0.548; high cholesterol, the best predictor of body mass index, the normal abnormal 0.539; these obesity-related risk factors such as body mass index, waist circumference and waist ratio, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol have good predictive ability abnormal obesity indicators on the three Takaso for the normal indicators of obesity have a higher risk. Establish through the forecast model of three high risk factors, to health examination ethnic health education of the future, there will be a great help, or even to provide community health education reference.
