Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 生物醫學工程學系 === 101 === Ultraviolet B (UVB) had been used to treat the diseases of hyperproliferation, but the mechanism of therapy was not clear. Therefore, to understand the mechanism of UVB therapy is very important. The β-adrenergic adenylate cyclase system,PKC,RKIP,Raf,MEK and ERK/MAPK of keratinocyte were important roles in the proliferation of keratinocytes. This project is to investigate the mechanism of UVB treated hyperproliferation from the pathway of proliferation. There are two aims carried out in the project. In the first aim, the β-adrenergic adenylate cyclase system,PKC,RKIP,Raf,MEK,ERK/MAPK and proliferation of keratinocyte with UVB treatment are studied. In second aim, the β-adrenergic adenylate cyclase system,PKC,RKIP,Raf,MEK,ERK/MAPK and proliferation of keratinocyte with nitric oxide treatment are researched. Through the results, we can determine UVB and NO exposure will directly reduce the activity of the MAPK signaling pathway or Increased the RKIP expression blocking MAPK signal transfer to inhibit keratinocyte proliferation.
