To meet the interests of customers and market access considerations, companies need to constantly introduce new products to seize the market. Therefore, enterprises must compress product development time and rapidly switch to product manufacturing to launch new products ahead of the competition. For general business, product development is not difficult. However, adding the cost (time, personnel, and resources) limitations and considerations, companies must introduce effective and systematic method of product innovation to quickly find worthy investing targeted products in the development stage. In order to solve the above problems, this research first aims to investigate corporate strategy and external environment analysis techniques, confirm business strategy, and the macro environment and micro environment. Secondly, employ innovative approaches of TRIZ-based tool for systematically generating enterprise product innovation and concept development direction. TRIZ tools such as trend analysis, 9-cell windows, technology benchmarking, function-oriented search, Ideal final results are utilized in this study for the case company to produce a considerable number of innovative concepts of sink products. Finally, to enable enterprises to effectively filter out the line with corporate strategy and innovative product concepts, this study investigates the case company's business strategy and divides into radical based or stabled-based modes of product innovation strategy. In the concept assessment stage, in accordance with the case company policy attributes, specific product development screening criteria is used. Finally, pick out favorable product innovation concept for the case company to establish short, medium and long term development of innovative new products map.
