When the franchisees of Taiwan Mobile or Far EasTone are attracting consumers purchase, how the traditional communication stores deal with the situation. This study is the analysis of the mobile phone market changes, the growth model and the critical success factors of change in Taiwan. How do the communication system vendors of the competitive industries use their own brand rally to cooperate with mobile phone manufactures to make exclusive product combination to attract consumer purchase? In the communications industry, the response to the regulations, adapt to the communications markets environment, the condition of itself, the growth goal-oriented and development trends. However, in response to the market changes, the communication outlets from the method to get resources, sales model adjusted to the future development strategy of operating guide. Be changed for each system to provide product portfolio, to enhance competitiveness and increase gross profit result for discussion. Through the process of the market in response to change and the results, we can obtain the successful model of the evolution of the communications industry trends in the critical decision points.
