Questionnaire survey methodology was conducted in the study to collect research data and further understand the relationship between the internal marketing perception and the job satisfaction. By stratified random sampling in Taichung city and Miaoli county, 458 junior high school administrative teachers was recruited and completed the questionnaires in the study. The data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation. The main findings were as follows: 1. The internal marketing perception of junior high school administrative teachers was positive (agree to strongly agree). 2.The job satisfaction of junior high school administrative teachers was positive (agree to strongly agree). 3.There were no statistically significant differences in the internal marketing perception among different background variables of junior high school administrative teachers. 4. There were no statistically significant differences in the job satisfaction among different background variables of junior high school administrative teachers. 5.
