Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會福利與社會工作學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among working conditions, job stress, and job satisfaction of Nursing Aides. The research method is questionnaire survey. The investigating data was analyzed by SPSS 14.0 and the targets were the Nursing Aides in Taoyuan area hospitals. The samples were decided to be proceeding by purpose sampling. There are 357 questionnaires and distributed with 302 replies.
The response rate is 84.6%. The result is as follow:
1.The status of working conditions, job stress and job satisfaction of hospital nursing aides are fairly good;
2.Individual variables showed differences on working conditions, job stress and job satisfaction;
3.Individual variables and working conditions can predict job stress;
4.Individual variables, working conditions, and job stress can predict job satisfaction.
Based on the findings, specific recommendation list as follow:
1.Employers should improve working conditions of Nursing Aides;
2.More training for middle-aged and elder Nursing Aides;
3.Improve working conditions is the key to reducing job stress;
4.Improve the working conditions of Nursing Aides can enhance job satisfaction.
