碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 101 === Since 2008 to 2010, along with Kindle, iPhone and iPad have successively appeared on the market, e-book has become popular. Portable learning has become a new trend worldwide. Digital publishing has become the new trend of digitalization. However, Taiwan’s national army still maintains technical documents by using hard copies, either for aircrafts, radar, communications or IT equipment. Due to the rapid transformation of global IT technology, the usage of e-book has become universal and has replaced the traditional books. The most important key to if the platform of ebook could apply to all kinds of equipment maintenance and become popularized, is the acceptance of e-book by maintenance personnel at all levels. This research is using questionnaire to execute the analysis of statistical reliability of Cronbach Coefficient and factor analysis. It is using the “Decision Tree” of data mining to gain the rules. The result will reflect whether using the e-book platform will help to reduce the manpower of maintenance personnel, new comers to adjust to the work and to keep documentary to share working experience or professional knowledge with colleagues or not. This research will provide the result to the air force as the reference of whether e-book platform should be used in the maintenance of air force equipment.
