The product life cycles, therefore improve the plant's production capacity and management efficiency. In order to ensur a competitive advantage, a plant operator has become an important issue. For this research observation textile unions belongs of a clothing generation factory 1 year copies of actual operation data, for four a plant (a, and b, and c, and d) it is 49 a DMU for analysis, using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) assessment clothing generation factory production management of performance In studies performed ihis received from each workstation by the DEA scale efficiency, technical efficiency, overall efficiency, and other reference data set, and the subjective judgment of the competent DEA results validate the results compared with each other. The results showed that from the perspective of the plant, the competent cognitive ranking DEA efficiency ranking substantially similar. But individual workstations show, competent and between executives and rank order between the DEA results, some differences, such differences will be available to improve the existing management based on subjective performance evaluation system of reference. In this study, based on the results of the reference collection, feasibility and practical operation of the spirit of the benchmark method, propose a feasible method to improve the performance of reference for managers, hoping to enhance the performance of each workstation.
