Nowadays, on the other hand, the philosophical thinking of Laozi is rather having the traits to be workable in the contemporary education. In the study, taking a look on the four aspects of contemporary education: relationships between teachers and students, knowledge and skill education, virtue education, and conventional education in living, to make investigations of any matching areas between the ideas of Laozi and the four aspects, in the hope that through the thought patterns of Taoist, to explore the parts in the contemporary education, for which are applicable to be explained and understood with the philosophies of Taoist, in order to make analysis of the philosophical thinking related to education that can be obtained from “Tao Te Ching (Tao Scripture)”for the contemporary teachers. For ideas such as “Inaction” from Taoist, by a glance, it is seemingly difficult to be presented on-site in the teaching arena, but nowadays, in an educational environment with the rights of teachers at lower marks, “Without being dominant in actions, to enable the students for self learning and improvements”is just fitted to the trends of contemporary education. How the ideas of Laozi, such as “Taking things as they are, and it is only to be acted upon along with whatever they should be reacted back”can be strengthened, to be closely connected with the educational trends of thoughts? In the paper, it is attempted to make clarifications on patterns, allowing the educators not to fall into a situation of doing nothing in passivity, in which they can not help without other alternatives, instead to think oppositely on the possibilities of doing nothing in optimism. In the paper, there is also attempt for integration between the ideas of Laozi and class management practices suggested by the contemporary experts, to make organization of class management strategies and approaches on the basis of philosophies from Taoist, in the way, it is used as reference for the contemporary educators who are acting as the class guidance teacher when leading a class on learning.
