Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 建築學系碩士班 === 101 === Historic districts often are the areas which were developed earlier in the urban district. These districts are also the cluster of commercial and cultural activities in the early days. As the time goes by the historic districts are faced with the problems such as environment destruction and out-migration on population. Many precious ancient buildings and traditional settlement have been gradually damage or replaced by modern buildings. Therefore, these buildings need to be refurbished and maintained but often become “Mosquito Hall” after been renovated. The purpose of this study is to do a complete review and recommendation for A study of the revitalization of historic district of historical district. This study attempts to interview the owner of the stores to understand whether the products are produced by local residents. The result shows that the local residents in the mountain area in Shenkeng District have lived in this area for generations and earned their living by farming but never improved the quality of their live from the prosperity of Historic Streets. This research hope that the regional life experience can be used effectively and the consumers can feel the difference from the business model of urban district, and discuss the practice of spatial justice. Local residents in the mountain area can be benefited from the revitalization of historic district and prosperity through effective operation planning. Historic district can be presented exiting local recourses and achieve the vision of desired sustainable development.
