Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 國際創業與經營管理學程碩士在職專班 === 101 === In today’s hyper-competitive business environment, the sense of humor plays an important role in maintaining and improving competitiveness of organizations. For the electronics manufacturing industry, which its structure product turnover is changing rapidly, the key for enterprises to successes is technology and product innovation as well as team work improvement comes from communication satisfaction. In addition, employees' innovative behavior and extent of communication satisfaction will determine the team work efficiency and execution. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence and relationship among sense of humor, innovative behavior, communication satisfaction, and gelophobia. The results are as follows: (1) higher humor has higher innovative behavior;(2) higher humor has higher communication satisfaction;(3) humor has no significantly influences on gelophobia;(4) gelophobia has no significantly influences on communication;(5) gelophobia has no significantly influences on innovative behavior;(6) higher communication satisfaction has higher innovative behavior. In conclusion, the research found that humor on innovative behavior and communication satisfaction has positive impact. It also has some degree of influence on gelophobia.
