However, the technology in the medical field became more advanced in the past previous decades. On the other hand, the world of Internet subscribers has been growing dramatically since 1990s. Therefore, A revolutionary in healthcare industry has brought the presence of telemedicine to provide a better, faster, cheaper, more efficient and effective way to deliver online care to patients nationwide especially will bring more advantages to solve health problem in the developing countries whereas healthcare services are inaccessible due to some bottlenecks. This paper will provide the comparison of telemedicine in some developing countries such as India, Kenya, and Tanzania. Furthermore, it will discuss the possible implementation in Indonesia. Hopefully, this paper may give the readers some insights related to the advantages of adopting telemedicine.
