The paradigm shift in the computing industry can be compared to substantial change of an online library versus a physical library. By having books online instead of in a physical space, you reduce the costs of storage, maintenance, organization, human resources, and many other overhead costs. This is the same paradigm shift that cloud computing has provided to the overall IT environment. Now resources can be shared, accessed from around the world, and don’t need to be physical. Vivek Kundra, the federal government's first CIO, said recently that he likes cloud computing because it provides "access to powerful technology resources faster and at lower costs." 陳子立 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 57 en_US
