Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 餐旅管理學系碩士班 === 101 === Motivation and Purpose: Population ageing is a phenomenon that occurs. To prepare for the elder’s "Aging in Place”, an applied research was designed to investigate (1) the elder’s demand of the home-service, (2) the importance of home-service between elder and home servicer, (3) the differential of the home-service quality attributes by Kano’s Two-dimensional Quality Modal. Results: There were 323 valid questionnaires collected; 217 from elders, and 106 from home servicers. There were several significant differences (p<0.01) between personal background variables and the home-service demands; the home servers higher than elders. From the Kano model test, we found home-services most belong to “unimportant features”, next were “attractive features”. We urge to strengthen professional training to promote home-services quality levels, such as “attractive features” and “one-dimensional features”. So we could obtain a leading position of the aging population market.
