Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 企業管理學系管理學碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to analyze the type of business strategies, another aim was to find out the status of talent management in organization. Finally, the relationship between two of the above and organizational performance was examined in the study.
The purposive sampling of the study was top 1000 manufacturing and top 500 services industry survey. The expert questionnaire design and open-ended interview were applied with senior managers and by using content analysis.
The results of the study were as follow:
(1) Business strategies tend to Prospector and Analyzer, and talent management incline to talent acquisition, the performance of revenue growth rate was better, demission rate was worse.
(2) Business strategies tend to Defender, and talent management incline to talent non-financial retention, the performance of revenue growth rare was worse, demission rate was better.
(3) Brain drain impacts the performance when business strategies tend to Prospector.
According to the above results, the researcher suggests that company scale, market demand and business life cycle should be considered when identify or discover strategy and talent management. It also matter the organizational performance.
