Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 護理學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the time effects of aerobic exercise on physiological and psycho-logical states in chronic psychotic patients. The design of the study was using a convenience sampling in a district hospital recovery ward; the patients who fit the criteria of this study were assigned to the study to be imple-mented aerobic exercise intervention. It detected aerobic exercise intervention for subjects about physiological and psychological indicators of mood changes at different time and the correlation between each indicators. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statis-tics, generalized estimating equation (Genelized Esti-mating Equation, GEE) method of the general linear model (General linear model), Pearson correlation. The significant level was α=.05. The results indicated that the physiological indica-tors of emotion decrease in chronic psychotic patients showed statistical significant difference (p<.001) of ap-proximately two weeks after the exercise intervention, and emotional psychological indicators decline showed statistical significant difference (p<.001) in about two weeks after the exercise intervention. The physiological and psychological indicators showed statistical signifi-cant correlation(p<.05).The conclusion of this study showed that exercise intervention improved the mood such as depression and anxiety in chronic psychotic pa-tients. The results of this study could provide model of care For clinical staff in caring chronic psychotic patients, hoping to improve depression and anxiety negative emo-tions in patients with chronic mental by exercise inter-vention.
