targeting but also takes into account the location of process mean related to the target value.
First of all, the comparison between the natural estimator of C''_pp(s',t) with the generalized pivotal estimator Cpp''GPQ(s',t) was made.
Secondly, applying the concept of generalized pivot quantity to find an upper confidence bound for C''pp(s',t).
Thirdly, a confidence bound of C''pp(s',t) index based on bootstrapping method was discussed. Finally,
inconsistency between (modified)proportion of conformance and process (in)capability indices are studied.
